We are looking for a driven Senior Renewals Broker to join our growing Renewals team.ResponsibilitiesSupport and effectively manage the renewal process for existing customers within account portfolioCarefully review all accounts policy data for accuracyManage multiple clients and answer all customer queries regarding additional or existing insurance policies in a timely mannerMaintain effective communication with clients to fully understand their insurance requirements and make recommendations accordinglyAdvise customers on any gaps in coverage and recommend additional coverages to considerLiaison with Insurance partners to create the best possible insurance packages for each clientQualificationsRIBO license required3+ years of commercial broking experienceCAIB/CIP/CRM is an assetPassion for sales and customer supportPersistence and agility to meet set targetsAble to communicate complicated concepts and break them down into simpler termsAttention for detail and demonstrated flexibility in managing multiple clients at a timeBenefits & Perks at ZensuranceAt Zensurance, we know that when our people thrive, so does our business.
