Responsibilities Deliver an exceptional client experience with each interaction taking into consideration the needs of the Elite client portfolio. Proactively manage the renewal process for existing Elite clients in advance of their renewal date, remarketing as needed. Assess the unique insurance requirements of high‑premium accounts by conducting a needs analysis, risk consultation, and making appropriate coverage recommendations based on the client’s current business operation and exposure. Act as a primary contact between the Accounts and Renewal team, working collaboratively with Elite Brokers, to provide a positive client and insurer interaction and create win‑win solutions. Liaise with insurance partners to negotiate the best possible insurance package to meet the needs of the client. Handle overflow of non‑Elite renewals as needed. Be a mentor and work towards elevating the experience and knowledge of new and existing team members. Participate in projects to support process improvement, workflow testing, and collaborating with other Elite Brokers as well as the engineering teams. Other duties, as assigned. Qualifications 3+ years of experience within the commercial insurance industry. Provincial Insurance License in good standing. CAIB, CIP, or other insurance relationship designation is considered an asset. Superior attention to detail, time management, and prioritization skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent client service orientation both internally and externally.
