Department: Customer Operations – Customer Success
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Work closely with sales and product teams to enhance customer experience.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients.
- Analyze customer feedback and metrics to improve service delivery.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer success or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and customer feedback.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to go through a background check.
