Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Work closely with sales and product teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients.
  • Analyze customer feedback and metrics to improve service delivery.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer success or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and customer feedback.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to go through a background check.
