JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our growing team.Specific Responsibilities:Receive, analyze, and process service requests.Ensure rigorous follow-up of each request for parts and/or services.Validate and control the execution of work performed by technicians when a request requires intervention.Respond to customers’ phone inquiries about our various products.Provide status updates on service calls to our customers.Perform all other related tasks.Requirements:A completed post-secondary education diploma;1 to 3 years of experience in customer service;Experience in an after-sales service department is an asset;Computer literacy to use the Office suite;Bilingualism is mandatory, both spoken and written.Required Qualities:Excellent teamwork skills;Highly developed planning and organizational skills;Excellent communication skills;Ability to effectively manage priorities;Good sense of autonomy and meticulousness;Resourcefulness and a well-developed sense of observation;Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.About JELD-WEN Holding, Inc.JELD-WEN Holding, Inc.
