Key Responsibilities

- Warmly welcome customers and assist them with their inquiries and needs.
- Efficiently address customer complaints and resolve issues with a friendly demeanor.
- Provide detailed information about products, services, and promotions to enhance the customer experience.
- Accurately process transactions and handle cash or card payments with care.
- Keep the customer service area tidy and stocked to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Work collaboratively with team members to foster a positive work environment.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking when required.

Qualifications

- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly attitude.
- Basic math skills necessary for handling transactions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and composure in fast-paced situations.
- Team-oriented approach with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
