OT’s work with clients in their home, craft treatment plans, and apply innovative techniques to help them reach their goals. You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to remain at home. We want you to join our close-knit team in PrescottTerritory coverage: Tri City area with extensions to Paulden and Cordes Lake.How You’ll Make an Impact:Perform diagnostic tests and measurements, such as the mobility/range of joints, transfer status, stability, patterns and appearance of ambulation, strength and endurance, balance testing, and safety assessmentsDevelop and implement appropriate individualized care plans, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other interventionsImplement integumentary protective interventions to prevent wound formation and promote wound repair utilizing evidence-based dressings and topical agentsContinually assess and revise the Occupational Therapy - OT care planEducate and instruct clients, family members, or other client representatives, in rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote the client's health, safety, and independent living.Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to patient care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tabletCompensation & Schedule:$75-80 pay per point model and weekly payFlexible scheduling, M-FBenefits You’ll Love:Recognition & Rewards: Recognition and Therapy Hero programs; referral bonusesReimbursements: Mileage reimbursement or schedule-specific benefitsLife Insurance: Employer-paid life insuranceWellness: Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Qualifications for a BAYADA Occupational Therapist:A current Occupational Therapist - OT license in ArizonaMust be willing to travel in assigned territoryHave graduated from an occupational therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the AMA and the AOTA, as indicated by school transcript or diplomaSolid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferredI year of experience as an Occupational TherapistAs an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider, BAYADA complies with all state/local mandates.BAYADA is celebrating 50 years of compassion, excellence, and reliability.
