This role is an excellent opportunity for those looking to gain valuable experience in retail, customer service, and problem-solving in a people-first environment.Join Our Team as a Fit SpecialistAs a Fit Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience. You’ll combine strong product knowledge with attentive service to help every customer feel confident in their footwear choices. You’ll also support day-to-day store operations, merchandising, and teamwork.If you’re motivated, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about helping people feel better on their feet, this could be the perfect fit.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Experience & SalesDeliver a personalized, attentive, and informative fitting experience based on our Customer Journey HandbookAsk thoughtful questions to assess customer needs and provide expert product recommendationsBuild strong product knowledge across footwear, insoles, and accessoriesHelp customers feel supported and confident in their purchase decisionsConsistently work toward achieving personal and team sales goalsStore OperationsParticipate in daily opening and closing procedures, including till use and cleaning tasksAccurately operate the point-of-sale system and process all transactions efficientlyAssist with inventory management by receiving stock, restocking shelves, and organizing product on the floorShare customer feedback and sales insights with the leadership teamVisual Merchandising & Store PresentationMaintain a clean, organised, and professional store environmentSupport regular merchandising updates, including weekly window display refreshesEnsure displays, accessories, and signage are tidy, accurate, and up to brand standardsTeam Contribution & CultureRepresent The Right Shoe’s values with professionalism, enthusiasm, and careCollaborate with team members to create a supportive, respectful, and efficient work environmentTake part in product knowledge training and actively develop your skillsetUphold a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere for customers of all backgroundsWhat We’re Looking For1+ years of retail or customer service experienceStrong communication and problem-solving skillsFriendly, approachable, and professional demeanorKeen attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibilityInterest in footwear, health, or movement is an assetA background or studies in kinesiology, healthcare, or fitness is a bonus—but not requiredEnthusiasm to grow into a leadership role is welcomed and supportedWhat We OfferStarting at $20/hour depending on experiencePromotion opportunities to senior sales and supervisor rolesOngoing product training and skill developmentGenerous employee discount on footwear and accessoriesFlexible scheduling to accommodate school, sports, or other commitmentsA family-run business that values growth, collaboration, and team moraleAccess to brand events, community activities, and professional development opportunitiesA rewarding role where you make a direct impact on customer comfort and quality of lifeReady to Apply?If you\'re passionate about customer service, love working with people, and want to grow in a supportive retail environment, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
