Job Summary: As a Fitness Manager with Fitness World, you have a dynamic position with two primary responsibilities: ensure clients achieve their health and fitness goals through our holistic approach, products and services; and support a team of personal trainers build a clientele. You achieve these by actioning the following. Building strong relationships with our team members, personal training clients and member base. Leading through action and influence, and demonstrating the systems, processes and behaviours required to be successful. Motivating others to grow and develop through education and personal development. You contribute to the Fitness World culture and reflect our core values: fun, passionate, inclusive and teamwork.

Education & Experience 

  • Active personal trainer and first aid certification

  • Three years of experience as a personal trainer

  • Leadership and/or management experience is preferred

  • Prior experience recruiting, onboarding and developing new personal trainers

  • Effective communication, interpersonal and public speaking skills

  • Has an exceptional work ethic

  • Motivated self-starter and team player

  • Professional, punctual and organized
