Employment Type: Full-Time (32–40 hours/week)

Join Our Team as a Fit Specialist
As a Fit Specialist, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience. You'll combine strong product knowledge with attentive service to help every customer feel confident in their footwear choices. You'll also support day-to-day store operations, merchandising, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Experience & Sales
Deliver a personalized, attentive, and informative fitting experience based on our Customer Journey Handbook
Ask thoughtful questions to assess customer needs and provide expert product recommendations
Build strong product knowledge across footwear, insoles, and accessories
Help customers feel supported and confident in their purchase decisions
Consistently work toward achieving personal and team sales goals
Store Operations
Participate in daily opening and closing procedures, including till use and cleaning tasks
Accurately operate the point-of-sale system and process all transactions efficiently
Assist with inventory management by receiving stock, restocking shelves, and organizing product on the floor
Share customer feedback and sales insights with the leadership team
Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation
Maintain a clean, organised, and professional store environment
Support regular merchandising updates, including weekly window display refreshes
Ensure displays, accessories, and signage are tidy, accurate, and up to brand standards
Team Contribution & Culture
Represent The Right Shoe's values with professionalism, enthusiasm, and care
Collaborate with team members to create a supportive, respectful, and efficient work environment
Take part in product knowledge training and actively develop your skillset
Uphold a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere for customers of all backgrounds
What We're Looking For
1+ years of retail or customer service experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
Keen attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
Interest in footwear, health, or movement is an asset
A background or studies in kinesiology, healthcare, or fitness is a bonus—but not required
Enthusiasm to grow into a leadership role is welcomed and supported
