With this exciting growth, we’re looking for a Digital Client Success Manager to join our growing Client Success teamThe Digital Client Success Manager (DCSM) will ensure the long-term success, adoption, and retention of customers in a digital-first, one to many model. This role blends proactive customer engagement with automation, data insights, and scalable programs to drive adoption and expansion. The successful candidate will design and manage digital touchpoints, coordinate group learning opportunities, and partner closely with Account Managers to retain and grow customer accounts.What you’ll do:Own the post-launch success of Professional customers through a digital-first approach.Monitor customer health and adoption trends, using data to proactively surface risks and opportunities.Design, launch, and continually optimize automated customer journeys (celebrating milestones, driving feature adoption, re-engaging low-usage accounts).Facilitate training sessions and office hours to drive knowledge and adoption.Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring feedback is captured and acted upon.Partner with Account Managers to identify retention risks, upsell opportunities, and expansion pathways.Build and refine processes for scaled engagement, including leveraging AI tools for customer success.Maintain accurate customer data and workflows in HubSpot and other systems.What you’ll bring:3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Support (SaaS experience preferred).Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build relationships at scale.Strong data analysis skills: proven ability to interpret usage trends and apply insights to drive outcomes.Experience with HubSpot workflows or similar CRM automation tools.Proven time and project management skills.Comfort with SaaS products and tools (HubSpot, Jira, Zendesk, Confluence, Zoom, Outlook/Teams).Additional preferred qualifications:Experience in digital program management, scaled CS strategies, or AI-driven engagement.What we offer:Fully remote-first work with flexible work arrangementsComprehensive Health and Wellness Benefits including retirement savings programs, eligibility for two different bonus plans, generous time off, comprehensive medical and dental benefits based on your country of locationNew Hire Equipment Allowance and monthly Flex Allowance to support your successEndless opportunity for career growth and internal mobilityEmployee driven DE&I programsAbsorb is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all our people.
