WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Client Success Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for our clients — guiding them toward their business goals through tailored digital marketing strategies. You’ll manage relationships, analyze performance data, and collaborate with our internal teams to deliver impactful results. Key Responsibilities Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and support. Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients to understand their goals and challenges. Review and interpret campaign data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Identify upsell opportunities that genuinely help clients achieve more growth. Work closely with marketing and operations teams to continuously optimize client performance. Take initiative to troubleshoot issues independently and find creative solutions. Qualifications 3+ years in Client Success, Account Management, or Digital Marketing (fitness industry experience is a plus). Solid understanding of Facebook, Google, Instagram, or TikTok Ads. Experience with CRM systems, analytics tools, or marketing automation is advantageous. Excellent communication and organizational skills. A growth mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Full-time, Remote position On-target earnings: CAD $56,880 – $77,600 per year Performance-based commission and retention bonuses Paid time off, flexible schedule, and work-from-home flexibility Ready to join us?
