The opportunity As an Area Sales Manager, your job will be to work with our prospects and clients as a workspace sales consultant helping them quickly acquire the solution that meets their needs. You will be maximizing revenue in your area by leading efforts to convert incoming leads, generate new clients and increase sales. You will : Focus on conversion efforts by conducting tours for prospects, presenting tailored proposals, finalizing contracts and promoting value-added services and products Pursue new sales opportunities through active prospecting, in-person meetings with brokers, and direct engagement with both prospective and existing clients, while also converting inbound leads generated by our inside sales team Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through digital marketing, field visits, networking, and consistent lead follow-up Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, industry trends, and competitors Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, inside sales) to ensure customer satisfaction Contribute to strong sales performance in your area by ensuring you consistently meet and exceed critical key performance indicators (KPIs), while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Accurately record sales activity and customer interactions in CRM software About you We're looking for a born networker who has a natural ability to enthuse prospects and someone who has a passion for consultative selling.
