Overview Canna Cabana is actively seeking a Part‑Time Shift Leader to support our retail cannabis operations. The role is responsible for daily store management when the Store Manager is absent, leading staff, ensuring compliance with company policies, and driving sales performance. Responsibilities Assist store management in supervising daily operations. Act as the Store Manager in the absence of SM or ASM. Resolve customer service issues and guide associates. Maintain store condition to established standards. Ensure staffing levels meet business needs. Lead as a sales and customer‑service role model in SM/ASM absence. Greet and assist customers, model exemplary conduct. Adhere to company policies, health & safety, and legislation. Handle customer complaints and escalating as necessary. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations. Meet sales targets and store‑level KPIs. Encourage shift employees to pursue sales goals. Oversee inventory management and inventory processes on shift. Qualifications Valid CannSell license to work in a retail cannabis store. Completed or one can successfully complete a Police Background Check. Demonstrated sales and service orientation. Minimum 2 years of retail experience (Cannabis preferred). Excellent time‑management and prioritization skills. Ability to train and motivate staff. Basic office administration and Microsoft Office proficiency. Strong teamwork, communication, and customer‑service skills. Understanding of health and safety legislation. Professional, responsive, and positive work attitude. Availability for any shift: Monday‑Sunday, nights, holidays, weekends, and different locations.
