TD is growing their Mobile Mortgage Sales Force and is seeking performance‑driven individuals to join our dynamic team The Mobile Mortgage Specialist Assistant (MMSA) position contributes to the success of the Specialist and the MMS channel by allowing the Specialist to focus on sales and business development activities. You provide day‑to‑day support to the MMS in all areas of credit administration, processing assigned work volumes in an accurate and efficient manner, while supporting the Specialist and business timeline commitments. Responsibilities Provide day‑to‑day support to the Mobile Mortgage Specialist team. Process credit administration tasks and assigned work volumes accurately and efficiently. Assist in maintaining and updating mortgage and home equity line of credit data. Support the Specialist with business timeline commitments and SLA expectations. Qualifications Mortgage/credit lending experience. Superior computer and technology skills, including proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Highly organized self‑starter with ability to work independently and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent time‑management skills, meeting or exceeding timelines and SLA expectations. High accuracy and attention to detail. Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills. Willingness to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends. What To Expect Minimum 15 hours a week, reporting to the Manager, MMS Assistants. Day‑to‑day work volumes received directly from your associated MMS. Position is primarily remote, working from your home office. Flexible scheduling in partnership with your associated MMS. Pay Details Salary range: $23.37 – $31.20 CAD per hour.
