Mobile Mortgage Specialist Assistant Location: Barrie, Ontario, Canada Hours: Minimum 15 hours per week, part‑time. Line of Business: Personal & Commercial Banking Pay Range: $23.37 - $31.20 CAD per hour. Job Overview TD Securities is looking for a Mobile Mortgage Specialist Assistant to support mortgage credit processes, maintain strong customer relationships, and assist the mortgage specialist team. The role is primarily remote and requires collaboration with the Mortgage Mortgage Specialists (MMS) and the Manager of MMS Assistants. Key Responsibilities Receive and process work volumes directly from the associated MMS during scheduled hours. Maintain accurate and efficient processing of mortgage credit applications. Ensure all required client documentation is collected, validated, and compliant with internal and regulatory procedures. Provide timely updates to customers and internal partners, escalating issues to MMS or DM as needed. Assist in end‑to‑end credit decision process and support sales goals. Actively participate in team meetings, training, and knowledge sharing. Support continuous process improvement initiatives and operational excellence. Desired Qualifications Minimum 1 year experience in a client‑facing or administrative role. Mortgage/credit lending experience. Superior computer and MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent time‑management and customer‑service skills. High accuracy and attention to detail. Variable hours availability, including evenings and weekends.
