Job Description As a Tire Warranty Bilingual Technical Product Specialist, you will play an active role in the Canadian market by supporting product complaints, fleet concerns, and providing technical support to sales teams. Your responsibilities include: Respond to technical issues and follow new production tires for market acceptance. Work with internal and external teams to train them on warranty complaints and processes. Provide timely reporting of findings into the Global Warranty system. Maintain quality assurance processes, procedures, and controls to meet performance, quality, and safety standards. Provide qualified resolution of technical and product‑related questions from end‑users. Consult the local sales and marketing organization in technical questions/aspects. Provide technical training and presentations to the field sales team. Adjudicate warranty tires at customer account locations and give competent feedback on failure modes. Support retread and digital solutions in the field. Monitor and report on product performance, including early warning system data and competitive analysis. Provide technical evaluation to fleet customers and travel with the Territory Sales Manager and Key Account Managers. Represent Continental on tire technical issues at customer locations and prepare professional presentations for internal and external clients. Travel frequently (50 %+). The estimated starting salary range is $76 – 90 k, depending on experience and location. Qualifications Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 2+ years of experience in tire or vehicle technology, or 4+ years if no relevant bachelor’s degree. Ability to handle commercial vehicle tires and equipment. Polished presentation skills; ability to instruct effectively. Fluent in English & French. Home office located near an airport. Valid driver’s license and passport. Legal authorization to work in Canada (no visa sponsorship). Not able to pay relocation expenses. Additional Ways to Stand Out Customer service experience.
