Overview Work-at-Home Contact Centre Associate at MCI. Remote position based in Canada. Full-time, hourly compensation. The role involves providing exceptional customer support remotely and handling a variety of customer interactions from home. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, or chat. Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally. Provide product and service information clearly and accurately. Record customer interactions and feedback in the system. Collaborate with team members and participate in virtual training sessions. Qualifications Must be 18 years or older. High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service role is preferred. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Stable internet connection and a quiet home office setup. Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based. Benefits & Compensation Starting compensation is based on experience.
