You will be responsible to interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle. You will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.Required QualificationsCandidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, ON / Burnaby, BC / Calgary, AB (Canada) or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the USCandidates authorized to work for any employer in Canada without employer based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of educationAt least 2 years of Information Technology experienceAt least 2 years of experience in end-to-end implementation of projects in Azure, Databricks, Python, PySpark, SQL.Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SQL, Unix shell scriptingPreferred QualificationsSound knowledge of software engineering design patterns and practicesStrong knowledge Data structures, Data Engineering concepts, Algorithms, Collections, Multi-threading and memory management and concurrencyExperience in large scale cloud data migrations using Databricks, Python, Spark, SQL.Good understanding of Agile software development frameworksExperience in Banking/Financial domainGood to have experience in SnowflakeStrong communication and Analytical skillsAbility to work in teams in a diverse, multi-stakeholder environment comprising of Business and Technology teamsExperience and desire to work in a global delivery environmentThe job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
