You will work in a team-oriented environment dedicated to driving exceptional sales results. Joining Generis provides an immediate opportunity for highly ambitious, motivated, and talented individuals.On Target Earnings (OTE) within the first year: $65k – $80k ++Work Environment: 100% in officeHours of Operation: Monday - Thursday 8:30 - 5:00 PM, Friday 8:30 - 4:30 PMLocation: Office located Downtown Toronto (Richmond & Bathurst) 555 Richmond Street WestThe Individual:1+ year of experience in fast-paced settings (customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales)Ambitious, motivated, and results-drivenComfortable engaging with C-Level ExecutivesResponsive to feedback and quick to implement improvementsAbility to quickly learn about new industries and trendsSelf-starter with a strong entrepreneurial mindsetSeeks career advancement and growth opportunitiesDuties and Day-To-Day:Engage in outbound cold-calling with senior decision-makers in targeted industries to explore their interest in attending our business summits.Consistently meet weekly, monthly, and overall campaign targets, focusing on metrics such as call volume, lead generation, and new business acquisition.Responsible for generating your own leads to maintain a healthy pipeline of contacts that you can reach out to in your business development efforts.Stay up to date with industry news, clients, and proposition value for designated products you are supporting.Participate in thorough and continuous training sessions led by your Sales Manager, collaborating closely on a daily basis to develop your expertise in sales and business knowledge.The Package:Base salary with opportunity for quick increases based on performanceStrong, uncapped performance-based commission structureTop performers will fast-track their career progression into Management opportunitiesIncentives and opportunity for travel to participate in our business summitsHealth benefits after 3 months of employment + extended mental health and lifestyle tools and support hubTailored training and mentorship programMonthly company-wide town hall meeting with announcements, awards, and social festivities15 paid days off a year + Holiday Office ClosureGeneris is an equal opportunity employer.
