Join a team that cutting‑edge photonic innovation turns to for technological excellence.We are seeking a Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and implement digital marketing programs across all Excelitas business sectors. The role requires expertise in web, email marketing, marketing automation, SEO, paid search and social media. The specialist will collaborate closely with the marketing team, agencies and stakeholders, and will have the flexibility to work from anywhere in North America.Main ResponsibilitiesContribute to global digital marketing campaigns aligned with the annual marketing plan, ensuring programs showcase products and capabilities to drive brand awareness, customer engagement and qualified lead generation.Lead planning, development and execution of digital marketing programs across websites, SEO/PPC, email marketing and automation, and social media.Plan, develop and run targeted email and nurture campaigns, including segmentation, content creation and performance analysis to boost engagement and conversions.Support lead management processes and marketing automation workflows for effective lead nurturing, prompt sales follow‑up and conversion optimization.Create and optimize website content in coordination with stakeholders to improve user experience, SEO performance and lead generation while maintaining brand consistency.Coordinate and support social media activities and day‑to‑day execution across LinkedIn, Instagram, X and Facebook, monitoring performance and providing optimization recommendations.Continuously monitor and apply digital marketing best practices and performance insights to optimize strategies across web, email, lead nurturing, social media and paid search channels.Develop familiarity and efficiency within all digital marketing platforms: CMS (Drupal), Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Account Engagement/Marketing Cloud, Translation Management System, Product Information Management (PIM), Salesforce.Interface with external agencies and vendors to ensure successful completion of digital marketing programs and initiatives.Occasional travel may be required.Requirements5‑7 years of relevant digital marketing experience in a corporate environment.University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Hands‑on experience with a marketing automation or email platform (Account Engagement is an asset).Strong understanding of Google Analytics, SEO/PPC and social media.Adobe Creative Suite proficiency is an asset.Technical aptitude and ability to translate product and market knowledge into compelling value propositions.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Experience in concept development, strategic creativity and content creation.Strong grasp of digital marketing channels and campaign execution.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multi‑task, prioritize and work independently in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.Proactive team player.Proven experience in a corporate B2B environment with product marketing strategy execution.Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
