Product Management is a pivotal department that creates product strategies to solve customer challenges and develop products that deliver an amazing customer experience. Reporting to the Director of Product Management & Strategic Projects, the Manager, Wireline Product Management owns the product strategy and long‑term vision, collaborates with key stakeholders, oversees the entire lifecycle of product development, and ensures the team operates effectively and continuously improves processes. Responsibilities Manage Wireline product (Video, Internet, Telephone & Smart Home) and bundles through leading & supporting Product Managers. Develop pricing strategies based on competitive positioning and profitability. Oversee projects and go‑to‑market activities to achieve business objectives. Research, analyze, and interpret industry and market trends. Communicate product strategy and updates to leadership and key stakeholders. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and network capabilities. Requirements Post‑secondary education in Business, Project Management, or a closely related field. 5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Development, or Marketing. Highly collaborative leader who can influence, gain buy‑in, and evoke action in a cross‑functional team environment. Highly motivated to continually improve products/processes and able to think outside the box. Strong analytical skills, data‑driven thinking, interpersonal and communication skills. Strong business sense with financial acumen and an entrepreneurial spirit. Ability to synthesize complex data into a concise, well‑rounded business strategy to influence customer acquisition and retention. Knowledge of strategic review & planning, product development, customer base management, consumer/market research, competitive analysis, sales, and financial planning. Proactive, detail‑oriented, positive, and curious individual with a passion for their craft. Comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and balancing multiple needs. Ability to work under pressure and deliver high‑quality work in a highly competitive and fast‑paced environment.
