Under the direction of our entrepreneurs, the successful candidate will be instrumental in expanding our geographic footprint, enhancing our client relationships, and expanding our warranty and financing capabilities within the high-growth and dynamic sectors we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a strategic global sales growth plan, aligning with our company objectives, that encourages organic growth across all regions.
  2. Foster strong relationships with clients and key partners, ensuring an excellent and responsive experience that drives long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
  3. Expand our product and service offerings into new markets and industries, further diversifying our client base and increasing revenue potential.
  4. Streamline sales processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and optimal productivity, resulting in the attainment of aggressive growth goals.
  5. Continuously identify and develop key sales professionals through leadership, mentoring, and collaboration within our team, relying on their strengths and insights to forward our vision.
  6. Proactively evaluate global industry market trends and competitor activity, forming well-informed decision-making processes in line with our company's competitive positioning and strategy.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 10 years' experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within a financial services or technology company.
  3. Extensive experience in international sales and relationship management, with a demonstrated track record of driving significant growth in revenue and profitability.
  4. Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, including identifying market opportunities, tracking success through key performance metrics, and leading team initiatives.
  5. Proven ability to lead and manage global sales teams, fostering an environment that encourages innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, honing expert abilities to cooperate with stakeholders at multiple levels and parts of the business.
  7. An innovative mindset, with strong analytical skills to identify trends, make sound decisions, and develop results-driven strategies.
