You’ll streamline deployments, version control, and testing, driving continuous improvement and platform stability.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce DevOps Center, GitHub, and automation tools.Define branching, deployment, and release strategies across environments.Automate quality checks, static code analysis, and regression testing.Manage sandbox refreshes, metadata synchronization, and org backups.Collaborate with architects and developers to optimize release frequency and reliability.Required Qualifications5+ years of Salesforce platform engineering experience.Strong command of Git, DevOps Center, SFDX, and deployment automation tools.Understanding of environment management, testing frameworks, and package‑based deployments.Experience with Apex test automation, PMD, and security scanners.Preferred Skills / Nice‑to‑HavesExposure to Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions pipelines.Familiarity with Data Cloud, Copado, or Flosum.Experience supporting multi‑org enterprise Salesforce landscapes.Language SkillsBilingual proficiency in French, Spanish or German is nice‑to‑have to support our diverse client base across North America and globally.Info-Tech Research Group of companies is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected status or characteristic including Minority/Female/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity/Disability/Veteran and are pleased to consider all qualified applicants.
