Senior Salesforce Developer Join to apply for the Senior Salesforce Developer role at HRbrain Inc. Job Description We’re searching for a Salesforce Developer to help us break new technology ground. You’ll join a diverse and inclusive agile lab delivering solutions on Salesforce’s Financial Services Cloud and Lightning platform. We employ the latest in technology, scaled agile practices, and DevOps/SRE to bring the future CRM Advisor Platform to life. What will you do? Work closely with architects and business partners to implement CRM capabilities on the Salesforce platform. Design and develop on the Salesforce Financial Service Cloud to drive business value. Provide thought leadership and direction to maximize our CRM transformation with the Salesforce platform. Assist scrum teams in gathering requirements/user stories and develop/enhance functionality on the Salesforce platform, including technical analysis and estimates. Actively contribute to team discussions, sharing experiences or providing technical know-how to leverage out-of-the-box capabilities. Support in DevOps development and process efficiencies. Stay current on Salesforce’s development platform and implement best practices. Required Experience 5+ years of web‑based application design/developer experience or full‑stack development. 2+ years in Salesforce configuration, customization, development using Salesforce.com. Hands‑on experience with the Lightning platform including APEX coding, Aura framework, Lightning Web Components, APIs, Platform Events and Salesforce Data Model. Understanding of the Salesforce platform and its architecture and product suite including Sales & Service Cloud and Financial Services Cloud. Technical background with web development technologies such as Java, .Net, HTML, XML, JSP, and JavaScript. Experience integrating Salesforce applications with third‑party systems using APIs, UI frameworks and event‑based integration patterns. Design and development experience using Agile. Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I. Nice to Have Experience implementing CRM solutions in the financial sector. Ongoing knowledge of Salesforce trends and best practices related to technical designs. Active engagement in the broader Salesforce community. Experience with Salesforce DevOps best practices and tools including Jenkins, AutoRABIT and Gearset. Experience with ETL tools (Datastage) & OPCo. Advanced analytical and reasoning abilities, and ability to develop and adapt business processes. Work Arrangement Hybrid – 3 days per week in office.
