The best part is that you will work with people that care passionately about you, our clients, and our communities.As Manager, HR Services & Payroll, you will lead the HR Services team consisting of Associates (Tier 1) and Specialists (Tier 2) to provide consistent client-centric service and value-added experiences throughout all channels and interactions, while collaborating with HR center of excellences to execute on their HR deliverables. You will also oversee the Payroll function with the support of the Payroll Supervisor to ensure operational efficiencies and client-centric payroll services.You bring strong leadership, technical and process expertise to drive consistent and high-quality HR services leading to a positive employee experience and operational excellence.How you will create impact:You provide strategic input and leadership in developing and executing operational plans that drive efficiency, consistency, and continuous improvement across HR Shared Services.You lead, coach, and inspire your team to achieve excellence, fostering growth, engagement, and accountability in a collaborative environment.You ensure timely and effective Tier 1 and Tier 2 HR service delivery, acting as an escalation point for HR centers of excellence (Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, Technology, and Reporting).You oversee training and development for Tier 1 and Tier 2 HR Shared Services, ensuring teams are equipped to deliver high-quality, people-focused support.You build strong, trusting partnerships across HR COEs, business leaders, and shared service partners to drive alignment, identify synergies, and elevate the employee experience.You champion the use of technology and data to simplify processes, enhance service delivery, and create scalable, sustainable solutions.You monitor outcomes, measure success, and ensure continuous feedback loops between Shared Services and HR program owners to maintain a culture of improvement and client centricity.How you will succeed:You have an innovative mindset to improve operational efficiencies and influence change, with a primary focus on client needs.You use critical thinking skills to recognize assumptions, evaluate arguments, draw conclusions, and proactively propose solutions.You have strong communication skills to effectively convey information facilitating consideration of multiple perspectives.You build trusting relationships and provide guidance to support the development of colleagues.You bring creativity, adaptability, and resourcefulness to every challenge.To join our team:You bring 6–9 years of related HR and payroll experience, including experience in a shared services or call centre environment.You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Commerce.You demonstrate strong leadership with a passion for developing people and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.You excel in stakeholder management, relationship building, and cross-functional collaboration.You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and drive meaningful change.You are comfortable leading in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.You have deep knowledge of HR legislation, processes, procedures, and systems, including HRIS and payroll platforms.You are committed to service excellence and delivering a positive employee experience across every interaction.What you need to know:You will be subject to a Background check as a condition of employment, in the event you are the successful candidate.What’s in it for you?Training and development opportunities to grow your career.Flexible work options and paid time off to support your personal and family needs.A holistic approach to your well-being, with physical and mental health programs and a supportive workplace culture.Paid volunteer days to give back to your community.In addition to our competitive salary and incentive programs, eligible employees also benefit from a comprehensive total rewards package including group retirement savings plans, pension and benefits (e.g., health and wellness, dental, disability and life coverage), mental health support and an employee assistance program. #J-18808-Ljbffr
