This individual will report to the Manager, Insights & Allocations.Job Overview: Reporting to theManager,Demand, Insights &Allocationsthe Allocator will be part of a team responsible for ensuring the right product is in the correct place at theappropriate timein sufficient quantity.You will have the opportunity to:Conduct weekly allocation of year-round and seasonal SKUs to all our sale channels based on sales potential, capacity, andshopneedsAnalyze store level inventory and sales todetermineoptimalin-stocklevels,maximizingsales opportunitiesand minimizingwasteand stockoutsIdentifyrisks and opportunitiesinsales andinventory levels andadvisetheDemand and Supply teamstosupport in-season reforecastingSupport the launch of new products and seasonal initiatives by aligning distribution strategies with Merchandising team and Demand PlanningEnsure data accuracy and adherence to allocation calendars and timelinesSupport process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of allocation processesConduct post-season inventory level analysis to aid in determiningnext steps – shop to shop transfers, pricemarkdown, etc.You will be a good fit if you have:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Statistics, or related field2 years of experience in retail planning, allocations, or inventory management preferredStrong analytical skills and proficiencyin Excel (using queries,pivot tables, etc.).Experience withPower BIis an assetExperience with retail planning or ERP systems (e.g., JDA, Oracle, SAP, or similar)Ability to balance multiple priorities and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsStrong customer focus and a genuine love for retailStrong organization and time managementGet ready to enjoy:Flexible Work Arrangement PolicyExtended Health & Dental PlanSickness and Disability PlansRRSP Matching ProgramProfit Sharing depending on achieving the business goalsPurdys Perks (Active Lifestyle Program, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee discount, and much more)We appreciate the interest of all applicants, and while we wish we could personally reach out to everyone, we can only contact those selected for an interview.We genuinely care about providing reasonable accommodations to job applicants with disabilities.
