- Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and the brand stores/outlets to provide insight into retail functions and processes
- Helping to identify regional shortages and overages for the Open To Buy process
- Creating stock transfers and/or return authorizations in season to maximize sales and at season’s end, to send product back to the distribution centers or to outlet locations
- Liaising with the warehouse, stores, and merchandising teams to help coordinate smooth integration of replenishment and seasonal product drops
- Identifying issues and gaps in process and supporting the team to help find resolutions
- Assisting with preparation of management reports and historical re-caps to analyze and communicate business performance
- Partnering with Merchants, Visual Merchandise Planners, and the Store Design team to ensure new store opening timing is aligned and a work back plan is in place for inventory
- Supporting the team with additional tasks as required to help achieve company objectives
- Traveling as required for store visits

**Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future**:

- Collaborating with new store opening teams to facilitate smooth stock reservation, reporting and delivery for an increasing number of brand stores
