We are looking for a dedicated Parts Coordinator to be an integral part of the daily operations at our Aviva AutoCare Centre located in Mississauga. In this role, you will proactively manage the process of ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning parts for each repair order, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery per the production schedule and vehicle needs. What You’ll Do Work with vendors to order and receive all parts indicated on repair orders, confirming quality, correctness, and quantity. Accurately identify necessary parts to complete repairs. Enter all parts and invoices into the body shop software. Maintain proper parts inventory levels. Monitor parts department workflow to ensure work completion. Order parts that meet cost and quality standards of the automotive parts department, dealership, and vehicle manufacturers. Source new suppliers that are cost effective and provide quality parts. Manage processing and administration of parts back‑orders and return‑to‑vendor items. Establish and maintain good customer service relationships and exceed expectations. Make decisions that positively impact the site and the customer. Maintain a clean and organized area for automotive parts. Promote Aviva AutoCare Centre values and goals. What You’ll Bring High school diploma or equivalent. 1–3 years of experience working in the automotive industry. Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy. Commitment to continuous improvement. Ability to manage a fast‑paced environment, demonstrating multitasking ability under pressure. Adaptability and openness to change with a proactive mindset. Proficiency using body shop management systems; knowledge of Body Shop Connect preferred. Experience and knowledge of motor vehicle repairs. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills. Curiosity and an inquisitive mindset, constantly looking for improvement. Ability to positively contribute to our organizational culture and values.
