Senior Compensation Analyst Alimentation Couche‑Tard is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to join our Human Resources – Compensation team. Position Summary Reporting to the Compensation Director, you will support global compensation initiatives, design market surveys, conduct salary benchmarking, prepare salary recommendations and support pay equity audits in Quebec and Ontario. Key Responsibilities Conduct and analyze market surveys, build relationships with vendors, and present recommendations and insights (Mercer, ERI, Korn Ferry). Research and analyze competitive compensation practices in the job market. Lead and ensure compliance with Ontario and Quebec pay equity and contribute to compensation governance. Analyze positions to ascertain the scope of employee responsibilities and qualifications. Prepare salary recommendations upon requests from HR Business Partners. Create, update and maintain the job catalogue. Run and maintain ad‑hoc compensation reports for HR requests. Prepare and support costing analysis for minimum wage and scale updates. Assist in ad‑hoc department/job category internal equity assessment requests. Conduct periodic internal auditing of compensation data in Workday (retention bonus, salary plans, hourly plans, OTP, office premiums, etc.). Work with HRIS teams on system bugs and serve as key contact for compensation adjustments in the system. Participate in compensation data seminars (Mercer, CHRA, etc.). Assist in the global merit and bonus annual processes (testing eligibility rules, plan set‑ups and training document updates). Support ad‑hoc global emerging projects. Support day‑to‑day administration of employee compensation programs (minimum wage updates, allowance plans, one‑time payments, etc.). Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Commerce, Finance, Economics, or another quantitative discipline. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of IPE Mercer Methodology (extra asset). Understanding of salary administration, pay equity compliance laws, and provincial pay regulations. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with global and cross‑functional teams. Self‑starter with the ability to work under changing conditions and tight deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong quantitative and analytical skills. Experience with Workday HRIS functions is preferred. Bilingualism required (Advanced French and English, both spoken and written).
