You’ll work closely with sales, engineering, and design teams to ensure messaging is consistent, measurable, and compelling—whether that’s a social media campaign, a customer demo, or a global product launch. This is a full-time on-site role.Responsibilities:Content Development: Draft, edit, and publish content for social media, email campaigns, websites, blogs, and sales collateral.Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns (digital ads, trade show promotions, sales enablement).Market Research: Monitor competitors, industry trends, and customer needs to guide strategies.Data & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights to improve ROI.Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with engineering to extract technical data and with sales to build presentations, brochures, and demos.Event Support: Help plan, promote, and execute trade shows, demos, and internal events.Vendor & Partner Management: Coordinate with agencies, suppliers, and media partners.Project Management: Maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and deliverables.AI Tools: Leverage AI-driven tools for content creation, reporting, and workflow optimization.Qualifications:3–5 years in a marketing coordinator/specialist role, ideally in manufacturing, industrial automation, or packaging/containers.Bonus: Experience in software/SaaS, ERP, or B2B technology.Familiarity with HubSpot (CRM/marketing automation) and Odoo (ERP) is a strong plus.Experience with WordPress web infrastructure is a plus.Strong writer and excellent communicator, able to simplify technical content into engaging material.Skilled in digital marketing, analytics, and campaign reporting.Organized, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, technical environment.Positive, proactive, and eager to learn while contributing independently.Willingness to travel to conventions and expos.What We Offer:We Care for YOU: We focus on developing, empowering, and energizing our team through coaching, treat days and team events.Competitive Total Rewards: Enjoy a competitive starting salary, paid vacation, comprehensive health and dental benefits, and numerous store discounts.Modern Work Environment: Experience a safe and dynamic workplace that emphasizes inclusion, learning, and collaboration.Mentorship and Growth: Learn directly from leaders who are invested in your success, providing hands-on guidance, career development opportunities, and the support you need to reach your full potential.Pack-Smart Inc. is based in Concord, Ontario.
