Join to apply for the SMB Account Executive role at Ally Logistics As an SMB Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities with small to mid-sized companies. You’ll be selling [e.g., LTL/partial, FTL, last-mile delivery, white glove/expedite, warehousing, drayage, or technology-enabled logistics solutions], building long-term relationships, and working closely with operations and account development departments to ensure client satisfaction. JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify and prospect small-to-medium clients through outbound efforts, referrals, and inbound leads Conduct discovery calls and needs assessments to understand clients' logistics challenges Develop tailored proposals and deliver compelling sales presentations Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements in collaboration with leadership Onboard new clients and work with internal teams to ensure a seamless handoff to the ADR team Develop SOPs with the Account Development team Maintain CRM records and forecast sales performance Achieve/exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets COMPENSATION: This role offers a competitive base salary with uncapped commissions.
