About DataStealth DataStealth is a single, unified data security platform (DSP) that discovers, classifies, and protects sensitive data across your entire environment, from on-premise to legacy cloud to cloud; wherever your data lives or flows, we protect it. We do this without requiring complex integrations or changes to your existing applications, ensuring security that enables, rather than hinders, your business. By seamlessly applying data protection strategies, such as tokenization, we ensure that even if your perimeter is breached, your data remains unusable if it falls into the wrong hands. Recognized for the fifth consecutive year as a Great Place to Work, we are one of the world’s leading and fastest growing cybersecurity software companies. Our team is the best in the business. Our patented technology provides our large enterprise customers with the ability to solve complex data security problems with a paradigm shifting technology that can actually solve problems. About You You’re a strategic relationship builder and driven hunter with a proven record in channel sales and partner recruitment. You excel at identifying, engaging, and enabling new resellers, integrators, and alliances that drive growth. Entrepreneurial and analytical by nature, you communicate complex cybersecurity values with clarity, build trust quickly, and thrive in fast-paced environments where innovation, collaboration, and measurable impact define success. Role Overview We’re looking for a Channel Development Manager who thrives on hunting, relationship-building, and market expansion. This is not a partner maintenance role — it’s about finding, recruiting, and activating new resellers, integrators, and technology alliances that can bring DataStealth to new customers and markets. You’ll evangelize the DataStealth story to the channel ecosystem, create strategic go-to-market relationships, and help partners successfully bring our solutions to their clients. Key Responsibilities Partner Recruitment & Outreach Identify and engage high-potential partners including SIs, VARs, MSSPs, QSAs, and technology alliances through research, networking, and outbound outreach. Build a pipeline of prospective partners using tools like LinkedIn, industry databases, events, and targeted campaigns. Develop compelling outreach materials and presentations tailored to specific partner types and verticals. Relationship Building & Evangelism Conduct discovery meetings to understand partner business models, customer bases, and solution portfolios. Present and demo the DataStealth platform to prospective partners, articulating our value proposition and differentiators. Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry networking events to represent DataStealth and establish new connections. Onboarding & Enablement Lead new partner onboarding sessions, guiding them through technical, marketing, and sales enablement processes. Work with the marketing team to co-create sales collateral, partner toolkits, and joint campaigns. Coordinate with sales engineers or technical resources for demo support and deeper product training. Internal Collaboration Partner closely with the sales organization to identify customer opportunities that align with partner strengths. Work with the marketing team to execute lead generation and co-marketing programs with new partners. Provide structured feedback to product management about partner and market needs. Performance & Growth Track and report on partner recruitment progress, enablement status, and early-stage revenue contribution. Maintain accurate records in CRM and partner management systems. Analyze partner engagement data to identify top-performing partners and refine recruitment strategies. Market Awareness Stay informed on competitive offerings, emerging technologies, and channel trends to identify new partnership opportunities. Continuously refine partner value propositions to align with evolving market dynamics and customer needs. Qualifications 3+ years of proven success in partner recruitment, channel sales, or business development roles in cybersecurity. Experience recruiting and enabling new partners, not just managing existing ones. Deep understanding of channel ecosystems — SIs, VARs, MSSPs, and technology partners. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter attitude; enjoys autonomy and creative problem-solving. Strategic and analytical thinker with a growth-oriented approach. Willingness to travel to partner meetings and industry events as needed. Why Join DataStealth Help shape and scale a high-growth partner ecosystem from the ground up. Represent a revolutionary data security technology that’s changing how enterprises protect their most valuable assets. Work with a passionate, high-performing team recognized as a Great Place to Work four years running. Enjoy the freedom to innovate, execute, and make a measurable impact on company growth. DataStealth is an equal opportunity employer. We encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds and experiences. We look forward to reviewing your application #J-18808-Ljbffr
