Description :Are you passionate about growing channel partnerships? Our channel manager's primary focus is driving positive results for Arrow in three critical areas: growing established partnerships, developing new business, and engaging partners.What You’ll Be Doing:Growing Established PartnershipsProactively calls and engages with established partners to grow sales for assigned accounts.Rebuilds underpenetrated and neglected partner relationships.Sell new suppliers’ solutions to partners.Developing New BusinessDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, & Supplier) to ensure deal alignment and compliance.Proactively identifies and engages potential new channel partners to expand sales opportunities and drive growth across assigned accounts.Onboards new partnersProactively calls and engages partners to adopt/buy new supplier offerings.Partner EngagementConduct outside sales meetings with partners, suppliers, and end customers regularly.Position Arrow’s service offerings to sell “with” the Partner community to the end customers.Forecasting & ReportingMaintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline visibility using Salesforce.Provide regular updates to leadership on deal progress, margin impact, and renewal performance.What We Are Looking ForExperience selling Commvault or similar cyber resiliency products.Experience selling in the Channel.Comfortable presenting to audiences at all levels within an organization.Strong understanding of SaaS and MSPsAbility to solve complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutionsStructure and negotiate the financial framework of software deals, including multi-year agreements, and T&Cs.Lead discussions around subscription models, renewal strategies, and upsell opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value.Process-oriented and analytical.Strong Salesforce proficiency and forecasting accuracy.Self-starter & coachableTeam oriented leaderStrong work ethic and proven track record in a KPI based Sales ModelAbility to travel at least 35% of the time.Work ArrangementHybrid: 2 days in office/3days work from homeWhat's In It For You At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
