What role will you play as a member of the Audit team?

The Senior Internal Auditor is responsible for conducting periodic reviews of financial and operating activities of the Company, its subsidiaries, and other affiliates, to provide assurance to Management and the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors that established policies and procedures are properly applied.

  • You are an Auditor who is able to:
    • Obtain and perform appropriate analysis of data for the audit entity to assess risk(s), develop audit program to address identified risk(s), prepare the audit planning memorandum, conduct appropriate audit tests, and ensure that testing is completed as scheduled and documented in compliance with departmental standards.
    • Prepare the exit meeting agenda and presentation, leading the exit meeting, developing the discussion draft of the audit report and submitting the draft to the senior audit management for review, comments, and approval.
    • Follow up on audit findings to ensure timely and proper remediation.
  • You are a collaborator - establish and maintain constructive relationships with local business unit personnel, and keep senior audit management informed of the progress and issues identified during the audit.
  • You are a Leader - review staff auditors' work to ensure compliance with the program and departmental audit quality standards.
  • You are an innovator and problem solver - look for opportunities to improve and facilitate resolution of issues that may inhibit the audit team's performance.
  • You are curious - understand business trends and stay up-to-date on standards as well as company and external policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Public Accounting, preferably Big Four
  • 4+ years of relevant Audit or Finance experience
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 65% of the time, the majority being international travel
  • Analytical and computer skills including proficiency in Google Suite (Docs/ Sheets/Slides) and/or Microsoft
  • Working knowledge of business and financial processes and internal controls (GAAP, SOX, etc.)
  • Ability to recognize and act on deviations from both GAAP and sound internal control principles

Preferred Qualifications

  • CPA, CIA or equivalent
  • MBA
  • Exposure to manufacturing industry
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Foreign language knowledge

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range $91,200.Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions.
