AECOM is seeking a Resourcing Specialist/Lead for Engineering and Construction Administration to be located in Mississauga. The role involves managing and coordinating human resources, including:

  1. Coordinating owner requests and managing deployment timescales.
  2. Working with the corporate organization to identify and fulfill recruitment needs and managing a pipeline of resources.
  3. Developing and implementing robust plans for succession planning and addressing performance issues.
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  1. University Degree + 6 (six) years of relevant experience in human resources, workforce planning/recruitment.

Preferred Requirements:

  1. Experience in a management position.
  2. Experience in creating, supporting, and leading the delivery of workforce planning and resource strategies for capital projects/programs.
Additional Information

Company paid relocation is not available for this position.
