This includes monitoring sales forecasts and targets, implementing sales plans and market initiatives, and driving optimal performance from direct reports through coaching and training.Major ResponsibilitiesConduct daily, weekly, and monthly sales analysis and progress reviews.Develop budgets and manage account portfolios.Collaborate with manufacturers to promote specified products.Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts through regular calls and visits.Maintain open, positive communication with vendors.Support promotional activities.Address customer issues and provide pricing feedback.Resolve personnel issues requiring management decisions.Perform other duties as assigned.Core CompetenciesDecision Making & Problem SolvingHandles semi-routine tasks with moderate judgment.Apply data analysis to solve specific problems.Regularly encounters and resolves issues as part of the role.Supervisory & Management ResponsibilitySupervises a team of up to 10 employees.Responsible for all personnel matters within the unit.Independence of ActionWorks independently on general assignments.Coordinates related activities and reports results to supervisor.Refers policy changes to supervisor.Consequence of Error & Budget ResponsibilityErrors may result in moderate monetary loss or internal embarrassment.Influences departmental budget decisions.ConfidentialityRegular access to confidential information; discretion required.Internal & External ContactsRegular contact with internal teams requires tact and judgment.External interactions follow established procedures but require professionalism.Education, Training & ExperienceHigh School Diploma required.College/University Diploma preferred, ideally in Sales & Marketing.Experience in customer service, sales, and/or distribution required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.Minimum 5–7 years of related work experience.Previous management experience required.Physical Requirements & Working ConditionsSitting, standing, walking; reading work-related materials.High attention to detail and visual focus.Moderate travel within the region.Minimal physical effort and health risk.Moderate sensory and mental stress levels.More information on ElectrozadWebsite: https://www.electrozad.com/careersFacebookLinkedInSonepar places the planet and diversity and inclusion at the core of its vision driving our business ethos.Today, Sonepar is the leading distributor of energy-efficient products, pioneering the energy transition and making sustainability a priority.
