CanScribe Career College is looking for a high-functioning Sales Representative to join our team. If you have a proven track record in selling and are interested in the education field, we want to hear from you. We offer a competitive base salary and an extremely attractive commission structure.You specialize in building meaningful relationships with the leads we provide, understanding buying signals, and having high conversion rates.You will be directly involved on the front lines of communication with potential students via email, phone, and live chat. You will also guide prospective students through the application and student loan processes and develop government agency relationships to expand our market. This position is inside sales, almost entirely based on the phone and over email. A successful admissions representative can build strong relationships remotely.Core competencies include:Superior communication skillsSolid tech skills and above-average working knowledge in MS Office, CRMs and other softwareOutstanding organizational/multi-tasking skillsTop-notch support and sales skillsSuperior judgment and critical thinking skillsExcellent personality and attitude to work in a fast-paced environmentGreat with deadlines and knowledge of regulatory practicesTeam player who can also work well individuallyA proactive personality who can roll up your sleeves and get the job doneExperience in the private post-secondary field is a definite asset, but not a requirementPlease submit your cover letter explaining why you are the candidate we should hire, along with your resume.
