OverviewTimeless Medical Systems is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a leader in nutrition management technology, our mission is to partner with and enable leading healthcare organizations to improve nutritional outcomes for patients through seamless integration of clinical expertise and intelligent technology. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to make a significant impact from a remote, home-office based role.As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be a key player in our sales team, driving new business and nurturing relationships with healthcare professionals. This role isn’t just about making calls; it’s about leveraging technology and your sales instincts to build a robust pipeline and close deals. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, self-motivated, and has a knack for both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.ResponsibilitiesGenerate and nurture leads: use strategic outreach, lead qualification, and relationship building to generate new sales opportunities, including cold calling, following up on leads, and targeting key healthcare professionals like Clinical Nutrition Managers, Directors of Nursing, Neonatologists, and Registered Dietitians.Drive the sales cycle: initiate the sales process and work with the sales team to develop and deliver quotes and proposals, and assist with RFI/RFP responses.Leverage technology: be a power user of our CRM to log interactions, manage the sales pipeline, and identify opportunities for efficiency; use other tools to stay organized and productive.Represent Timeless Medical Systems: attend relevant trade shows and medical conferences to network and represent the brand. Travel up to 25% may be required.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.2-5 years of proven experience in an inside sales capacity, preferably within the medical technology industry.Prior clinical nutrition experience in the healthcare field.Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office; ability to learn new tools and optimize workflows.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.Ability to thrive in a remote work environment with excellent time management, organization, and independent working skills.Continuous improvement and growth mindset.Basic security clearance; criminal record background check.Ability/willingness to travel up to 25%; valid driver’s license and clean driving record.Work ConditionsRemote, home-office based role.Potential for extended periods of sitting; operation of desktop computer and peripherals.Flexible hours to meet customer needs.Travel up to 25% may be required, including to the United States.Equal Employment OpportunityTimeless Medical Systems strives to ensure that its employment practices are free from discrimination and is committed to upholding the human rights of those participating in the hiring process.
