Position Overview We are seeking a Customer Service & Order Processing Coordinator who will be the first point of contact for our clients. This role is essential in handling incoming calls, managing a high volume of emails, processing customer orders, and supporting daily operations. This position is ideal for an organized, reliable, and motivated individual looking for long-term stability and growth. Over time, the selected candidate will have the opportunity to learn additional responsibilities and support various departments. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and provide professional, friendly support Manage the Outlook inbox: organize, prioritize, and respond to emails Make follow-up and service calls Draft communications and letters in French and English Enter customer orders into the system Manage service contracts, cancellations, and renewals Process warranty claims for sold equipment Scan and organize digital documents Manage the voicemail inbox Support day-to-day coordination within the team Assist other departments as required Qualifications Fully bilingual (French and English), spoken and written Strong proficiency in Outlook and email management Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software Minimum one year of customer service or coordination experience Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills Professional, detail-oriented, adaptable, and dependable Benefits Assurance Vision Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Binatek Inc by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
