Job Description: Bethany Pioneer Village, a faith-based non-profit life plan community offering independent living, assisted living, and long-term care, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organization. Located in a beautiful 124-acre park-like setting, Bethany provides high-quality care and services to residents. Key responsibilities include strategic leadership, day-to-day operations, financial management, human resources, board liaison, fundraising and stakeholder relations, compliance and risk management, and service/program development.
