Job Overview TD is growing their Mobile Mortgage Sales Force and is seeking performance-driven individuals to join our dynamic team This part‑time position (minimum 15 hours) is primarily remote, working from your home office or a specific TD location. It is a great specialized role to start your career within the MMS Channel. Compensation $23.37 – $31.20 CAD per hour. Responsibilities Support Mobile Mortgage Specialist (MMS) teams by handling credit administration, customer service, and administrative tasks. Maintain strong relationships with internal partner groups and respond to questions and concerns. Follow up with customers to gather documentation to support processing of credit applications. Process assigned work volumes accurately and efficiently, supporting Specialists and business timeline commitments. Assist the customer journey through the deal process, responding to any mortgage suite details product / policy for clarification. Ensure all supporting documentation is received and validated, adhering to internal processes and regulatory requirements. Contribute to achieving MMS credit quality objectives and meeting or exceeding individual targets. Partner with administrative support groups to facilitate the end‑to‑end credit decision process. Support the achievement of sales goals and the business objectives for operational excellence. Escalate non‑standard or high‑risk transactions / activities as necessary. Qualifications Minimum 1 year working in a client‑facing and/or administrative role. Experience in mortgage/credit lending. Superior computer and technology skills, including the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Highly organized, self‑starter, able to work independently and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent time‑management skills, with the ability to meet/exceed timelines and SLA expectations. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills. Willingness to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends. Mandarin language skills considered an asset.
