Personal Lines Insurance Broker / Account Manager - Hybrid Since our proud beginnings, three generations of Krywolts have built our insurance brokerage on providing professional and personalized insurance services for businesses and individuals. Position Overview: As an Account Manager in our Personal Lines department, you will play a key support role in delivering exceptional service to clients and dedicated brokers. You’ll be responsible for the accurate processing and administration of personal insurance policies, and ensuring all documentation is complete and organized. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities will contribute directly to the smooth operation of our team and the satisfaction of our clients. Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid option) What you’ll do here: Process and administer Personal Lines policies in Applied Epic Invoice clients and manage activities in Applied Epic Review policy documents ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate Draft client emails to accompany policy documents Receive and process incoming correspondence, provide remarket quotes, review existing coverage and update customer file information Follow up on open activities to ensure timely processing and communication Issue certificates promptly Add claims notices and documentation to Epic Collect and notify customers of payments when due to KRYWOLT or our insurance companies Use and update Applied Epic and Company portals Responsible for download and assigning items in suspense Open, sort, and distribute incoming/outgoing mail Work as part of a team to back up other brokers/processors as needed What You Will Bring to the Role: Level 1 General Insurance License 2+ Years experience working in insurance Working knowledge of Applied Epic Familiarity with insurer portals and rating tools (preferred) High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced office environment A collaborative team mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities What we offer: Great team of fun people working together towards a common goal Hybrid work from home schedule Paid day off for your work anniversary – let’s celebrate when you joined us Extra day and a half off over the winter holidays Paid education training and learning opportunities Dental care Extended health care On-site gym Paid time off RRSP match Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Sales and Business Development Industries Insurance Location: Calgary, Alberta, Canada Salary: CA$95,000.00 - CA$115,000.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr
