The Role We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager for our eCommerce platform Easy, the leading Nordic checkout solution for SMEs. You'll take responsibility for the merchant portal, which our clients use daily, to handle their eCommerce payments. Your objective will be to build a platform that allows our eCom clients to optimize their business; and give their employees in customer service and finance teams, the smoothest possible workflows. Trust in data and efficiency in jobs do be done are key for our customers What you'll do As our new Senior Product Manager, you'll champion modern product development practices within the portal area. It will be your responsibility to prioritize and scope initiatives, to achieve the right outcomes for our customers and our business. We work in cross‑functional teams, and we believe that strongly empowered teams, with skilled product trios are the route to building products that customers love. We are looking for a person who holds the same belief and has substantial experience working like this. Your most important partners outside Product & Engineering will be our eCom leads in Sales, Client services and Operations in the geographies served by the Easy platform – Nordic and DACH. You will also work closely with our Go‑To‑Market experts and pre‑sales product support. As Senior Product Manager you will report to the Head of Product and in your daily job you will: Define and communicate the vision and roadmap for the Portal area and inspire the teams with a clear sense of direction Partner with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to bring products from concept to launch. Talk to customers, dig into data, and uncover insights to inform decisions and prioritize initiatives. Drive alignment across teams and stakeholders, balancing short‑term needs with long‑term strategy. Lead discovery, define requirements, and own execution of features and improvements. Act as a product evangelist, building awareness and enthusiasm about our product and ways of working across the organization Talk to customers, follow market trends and stay on top of the competitive landscape to understand the market and customer needs Ensure a structured feedback loop through regular follow‑ups on launched initiatives What Makes You a Great Fit We are looking for an experienced product manager who has worked according to modern product best practices with the following skills: 5+ years of product management experience from B2B products and ideally also for SME clients Knowledge of either the payment domain or bookkeeping/finance Proven track record of owning the process from idea through discovery and delivery to measured outcome. Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to drive decisions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, collaborative environments. Ability to think strategically but also dive into details when needed.
