Our clients' interests are paramount in all that we do and we take pride in supporting our communities. p>Reporting to the Manager, Corporate Services, the Team Lead, Corporate Services Technology and Applications will assist with matters related to the development, implementation and maintenance of the technological and IT tools used in Corporate Services, as well as the optimization and automation of business processes. This role will play a key role in maintaining databases, designing, developing and implementing a range of innovative solutions to meet the department's objectives while contributing to the Paraprofessional Services as a whole. li>Having a strong client service approach – you’re ready, willing, and able to put our clients first and exceed their expectations Caring about one another – you possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build harmonious working relationships within your immediate team, across other departments in the firm, and the community Approaching your work with agility and the willingness to learn and utilize new technology Participate in the needs analysis, development and implementation of a strategy to maximize the use and efficiency of the technological and IT tools deployed in Corporate Services and ensure their constant evolution.Manage and maximize the use of corporate data management software. li>Provide technical support and training to users, and contribute to the training program for new employees, as well as to the ongoing training program for all users.Ensure the development and monitoring of performance indicators and quality control and coordination and implementation of new processes.Evaluate the relevance and merit of new computer applications to optimize work.Generate and present reports and statistics based on requests, notably for billing and compliance purposes for our various services.Oversight of digital minute book project and processes and the filing and tracking system for original corporate documents.Delegate tasks to, and coordinate with, other administrative departments.Liaise with lawyers, clients and agents while providing excellent professional service.Participate in other department projects where expertise is required.2-3 years large firm working experience required.Tech training and project management experience required.In-depth understanding of business and legal terminology.Knowledge of structured programming principles, system analysis techniques, system design and implementation.Proficient in MS Suite, possesses ability and interest to learn new technology.Experience working with 3E, Worksite DMS, cloud-based corporate DMS required.Excellent organization skills to manage diverse projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrate professionalism and commitment to high-quality customer service.Diversity and Inclusion
