Client Service Manager

Role Description
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Establishing and maintaining interdivisional and intercompany relationships consistent with our corporate culture
- Generating sales by expanding revenues from existing clients and leading prospecting efforts with new clients
- Leading client engagements, including managing overall service delivery, strategy, financial evaluations, plan design, renewals, business placement, benchmarking and other studies
- Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of carrier products and networks, cost management solutions and various funding mechanisms
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of combined Employee Benefits experience in a consulting, brokerage or carrier sales/account management environment is required
- Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to effectively coordinate the delivery of projects and advisory services
- Ability to work effectively either on your own or in collaboration with others
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office
- Active LLQP License or willingness to immediately obtain
