We are committed to providing a healthy, inclusive, and flexible work environment.As a Technical Director in our Geotechnical Group, join one of our 15 offices in Quebec. Your main tasks will be to participate in geotechnical investigation campaigns, design structures, and act as a technical reviewer. With your accomplishments and recognized expertise, you will make decisions and technical recommendations when: Participating in the construction of bridges and tunnels in soil and rock to better connect our communities.Building schools, hospitals, and public spaces to better serve our citizens.Identify risks inherent to the activities.Manage complex technical situations.Bachelor’s degree in civil or geological engineering.Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including several years in infrastructure projects.Excellent writing skills for technical reports.Excellent level of French (spoken and written).Knowledge of English is required to facilitate collaboration with our internal teams outside Quebec or with our customers.Master's degree in civil or geological engineering.Author of technical publications.Stimulating projects with interesting technical challenges within a dynamic and welcoming team.Flexible group insurance plan.Training and skills development program.300 new employees have joined us in the last 12 months because the projects won by Stantec meet the expectations of consulting engineering professionalsBenefits Summary: Regular full-time and part-time employees will have access to health, dental, and vision plans, a well-being program, health care spending account, wellness spending accounts, group registered retirement savings plan, employee stock purchase program, group tax-free savings account, life and accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, short-term/long-term disability plans, emergency travel benefits, tuition reimbursement, professional membership fee coverage, and paid time off.Temporary/casual employees will have access to group registered retirement savings plan, employee stock purchase program, and group tax-free savings account.Schedule: Full-time
