We are committed to providing a healthy, inclusive, and flexible work environment.As a Senior Project Manager in our Geotechnical Group, join one of our offices in the Montreal, Quebec City, Chicoutimi, or Abitibi areas. Your main tasks will be to manage large-scale geotechnical projects, design structures, review technical reports and ensure the completion of all deliverables on time and on budget. You will make decisions and technical recommendations when:
Participating in the construction of bridges and tunnels, in soil and in rock to better connect our communities.Building schools, hospitals, and public spaces to better serve our citizens.Manage and carry out large-scale geotechnical studies.Identify the risks inherent to the activities.Manage complex technical situations.Ensure the administrative and financial management of mandates, maintain relationships with clients.Bachelor's degree in civil or geological engineering.Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including several years in infrastructure projects.Excellent communication and project management skills.Fluency in French for writing technical reports.Knowledge of English is required to facilitate collaboration with our internal teams outside Quebec or with our clients.Master's degree in civil or geological engineering.Author of technical publications.Stantec stands out for its kind work environment and inclusive practices, which have earned it several local and international distinctions, including the Prix Employeur 2023 de Montréal Centre-Ville and the Bloomberg ranking on gender equality. p>Stimulating projects with interesting technical challenges within a dynamic and welcoming team.Regular full-time position: 37.li>Flexible work-schedule.Flexible group insurance plan.Training and skills development program.300+ new employees have joined us in the last 12 months because the projects won by Stantec meet the expectations of consulting engineering professionals
