Role Designation: Hybrid

The Director, Risk & Return Management is a key contributor toward advancing the maturity of risk and return by furthering a culture of prudency and risk awareness. The role is accountable for the development and implementation of Risk and Return Management initiatives such as risk and control self-assessments, continuous monitoring, risk and control automation, department risk frameworks, and profiles, and building out measurements around risk.

  • Support the CRO in identifying emerging risk, evaluating risk, monitoring the status of strategic initiatives, and communicating changes in our risk profile.
  • Accountable to identify, measure, manage, monitor, report, and escalate significant risk issues.
  • Contribute to support Enterprise Risk and Return Council (ERRC), Operational Risk and Return Council (ORRC), and board reporting.
  • Provide risk consulting to complex and/or confidential topics and deliver a holistic view of risk to key stakeholders.
