OverviewSimco Management (Calgary) Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic and driven licensed Condominium Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be an experienced, open-minded condominium manager who enjoys a challenge and is a self-starter who conducts business in a collaborative, proactive and transparent manner.QualificationsMust have a RECA Condominium Manager License; please provide the name under which your license is registered.3-6 years of residential condominium/HOA management experience.Exceptional customer service skills.Well-developed communication skills.A valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract and a reliable vehicle.Adaptable, with strong multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities.Professional attire.Solid diplomacy including negotiation, conflict resolution and people management skills.Primary ResponsibilitiesRespond to Board members, Owners and tenants in a timely and professional manner.Draft and manage annual budgets for each corporation within your portfolio, including accounts receivable and payable.Ensure that contracts pertaining to common property are executed.Attend board meetings and AGMs as required.Be motivated to learn and open to continual improvement.Respond to and manage all service requests submitted by owners and tenants with input from vendors and owners as needed.Demonstrate problem solving, critical thinking and sound judgment.Understand and interpret vendor quotations and purchase orders.Support and maintain all company policies and procedures regarding property operations.Maintain a team environment through communication with owners, tenants, trades, and management.Maintain current, in-depth knowledge of properties within the assigned portfolio.BenefitsOpportunity for growth and career advancementTraining programsCell phone allowanceMileage for using your own vehicleWork life balance is strived forLocation & DetailsLocation: Calgary, ABWork location: On siteSalary: Not availableTerms of employment: Full timeStarts as soon as possibleVacancies: 1 vacancyView the full job posting on indeed.comImportant notice: This job posting has been provided by a partner site.
