Job Opportunity: Director, Technical Program Manager – Global Operations & Marketing Technology (GOMT) Team
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

Role Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Director, Technical Program Manager to join the Global Operations & Marketing Technology (GOMT) team. This individual will bring expertise in MarTech, particularly with Adobe products such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), with a focus on AEM Cloud adoption. This high-impact role will enable the successful candidate to work closely with cross-functional teams, notably within the Wealth & Asset Management group, to drive the development and evolution of global digital presence. The role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of public websites across global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Management: Lead and manage the scope, timeline, and resources for technical outcomes related to a global digital transformation initiative.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Coordinate with both internal teams (IT, Marketing) and external vendors to define and execute a detailed delivery roadmap for 2025 and beyond.
- Stakeholder Management: Ensure clear and effective communication between stakeholders, sponsors, and management, particularly around risk and issue mitigation.
- RAID Logs & Risk Management: Actively contribute to risk, action, issues, and decision (RAID) logs, providing analysis and recommendations for mitigating risks.
- Technical Leadership: Provide strategic oversight of technical processes, architecture, and delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Change Management: Manage change across technical and business teams to ensure smooth program execution.
- Program Documentation: Ensure adherence to best practices in technical documentation and sharing of expertise within the team.
- Resource Management: Identify resource needs, establish roles, and drive performance expectations to ensure effective program execution.
- Lessons Learned: Proactively identify areas for improvement and ensure key takeaways are documented for future initiatives.
Must-Have Skills/Experience:
- Adobe Experience Manager Expertise: Demonstrated experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) program delivery and change management.
- Program Management: 8-10 years of experience managing cross-functional projects in a multi-stakeholder environment.
- Business Acumen: Ability to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders and bridge the gap between business and technology.
- Advanced Technical Proficiency: Expertise in MS PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI, SharePoint, and other program management tools.
- Global Experience: Experience working with global teams across multiple regions.
- Emerging Tech Awareness: Strong knowledge of emerging digital and marketing technologies.

- Influencing & Collaboration: Ability to influence stakeholders and foster collaboration across teams.
- Multi-tasking & Detail-Oriented: Strong multitasking and attention to detail with an ability to manage competing priorities.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts and present them to non-technical stakeholders.
Education:
- A post-secondary degree or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
